"Cheryl, I got the jack yesterday. Thanks so much I can't believe the difference between my old red jack and the J&S Jack. Thanks again, Peter I posted this on www.xlforum.com under the thread started by Hot Rod sporty j&s motorcycle jack rock solid. My old red lift has seen better days.It was time for a new lift. I did a search on this forum to see what everyone was using. I saw the review on the J&S jack. I visited the web site. I liked the jack, but was wondering if it was worth the extra money. After reading Randy's review I decide to order one. I talked to Cheryl on Friday she said that it would ship on Monday and be at my house on Wednesday. When it arrived today. I took it out of the box. It took about 10 minutes to put it all together. I could not believe the difference in quality between my old red jack and the J&S jack and how stable the bike felt on the lift." Thanks, Randy

"I just called to cancel my order after finding out my wife already purchased
one for me.
Let me just say that the gentlemen who I spoke with was so darn nice. If I
could afford to I would have kept both.
I have never had anyone actually be so pleasant when canceling an order.
Your customer service is amazing. Oh, let me just say, if my wife didn't buy from your company. I'm having her
ship it back and reorder from you."

"Friday, I received the replacement jack you sent. I can't thank you enough. I am very impressed with your company. It's a breath of fresh air to experience good 'ol fashioned customer service and integrity. I have to say that I am now the president of J & S Jack's fan club! I will definitely spread the news of your product where ever I go." Thanks again. Guy Wadas, IL.
November 28, 2008 - "Hi Cheryl, Just wanted to let you know that the jack arrived Wednesday afternoon and I got a chance to unwrap it today. The jack exceeds all expectations. It picks my FLHTP up easily. The bike is nice and sturdy when raised, and it's plenty easy to roll the bike around my shop. These are the reasons why I bought your jack. Thanks for producing such a fine product." Sincerely, Ken
November 26, 2008 - "Hi Cheryl, My J & S jack arrived. Assembled in minutes, jacked up my Road King with ease, and extremely stable. One word to describe your product, PERFECT! Exactly what I was looking for. Feel free to post this testimonial on your site." Thanks, Bruce Brown
Cheryl,
November 12, 2008 - "I am very pleased with my purchase of a Big Wheel Lift from J & S Jacks for
my Harley Davidson Road King. As a mechanical engineer of 30 years, I
thought you might be interested in my opinion of this product.
Initially I was in the market for a dolly and a lift. I was interested in
maneuverability and being located in the Mid-West, getting my motorcycle off
of the concrete floor of our garage for winter storage, so as to avoid
possible flat spots on the tires that could develop from staying in one
position too long, and to avoid the possible effects of water evaporation
from the concrete floor.
The best dolly I found was priced the same as your lift. However, it was
only a dolly; the jacks I found were priced in many different ranges and
many seemed to be unstable, needed tie-downs, and actually needed the owner
to come up with a way to stabilize the jack so that a motorcycle could be
rolled up onto it.
What follows is information about the J & S Jacks Big Wheel Lift, you may
find interesting:
Pros:
1. The price. My J & S Jacks Big Wheel Lift is actually 3 machines in one.
It is an easily maneuverable dolly, a lift, and a jack. I appreciate that
my motorcycle can be supported even after the load has been removed from the
bottle jack.
2. Physical size. My J & S Jacks Big Wheel Lift has a profile that is very
close to that of my Road King's overall width. The benefit being that I did
not have to make special accommodations for physical space to accommodate
the jack.
3. Stability. I am 6-foot tall and weigh 242 pounds. I climbed up on my
supported motorcycle with ease, rocked it, all with complete confidence. My
motorcycle did not shift on the support at any time, including and
especially when I dismounted.
4. Hydraulic Bottle Jack Load Bearing Capacity. Many jacks that I reviewed
could support motorcycles that weighed less than my Road King or only
slightly more. With the Road King weighing in at approximately 740 pounds
dry weight, the bottle jack's rated capacity of 6-ton/12,000 pounds,
provides many factors more, of load bearing capacity. The bottle jack is
manufactured by the Shinn Fu Company of America, and I appreciate that J & S
Jacks included this information on the bottle jack. I reviewed the Shinn Fu
web site, and also appreciate that I can replace the jack in kind, should the
need arise.
5. Wheels. The wheels are of sufficient size to help eliminate any
instability as my J & S Jack lift is maneuvered, with or without the load.
6. Powder Coating. It is my opinion that powder coating offers more
durability and more uniform appearances than liquid paint. The powder
coating simply stated, looks great.
7. Assembly Instructions. The assembly instructions were straight-forward
and easy to understand. Within 20 minutes of removing my J & S Jacks Big
Wheel Lift from its shipping materials, my Road King was supported and being
maneuvered around our garage.
8. Shipping. My J & S Jacks Big Wheel Lift arrived as promised.
9. Web site On-Line Purchase. There have been no security issues with my
credit card, on-line purchase. There were no surprises i.e. hidden costs or
product issues; what I purchased is what I received / what I was quoted is
what I paid.
Cons:
1. I can now see the deficiencies in my detailing efforts near the bottom
and underneath my motorcycle! Prior to using my J & S Jacks Big Wheel Lift,
my friends and I rated my detailing at 9 out of 10. Now that I can really
see my motorcycle, I have plenty of room for improved cleaning and waxing;
my J & S Jacks Big Wheel Lift has afforded me with more accessibility to the
underside of my motorcycle.
Summary:
I am pleased with my J & S Jacks Big Wheel Lift purchase and look forward to
what I believe will be many years of dependable service from this product.
I trust that you find this email both informative and complimentary. Please
contact me for any question or comment about my experiences with my J & S
Jacks Big Wheel Lift."
Thanks Jim, Steve and Cheryl, for producing a great American Made product.

"WOW! Nice jack. It was a little scary seeing my Fat Boy go up the first time. It almost rolls too easy. Thanks it's just what I wanted and needed. It got my bike up, and out of the way of my wife's car. My brother was going to buy a 'cheap' jack from S----s that we could "share". He is going to be surprised."
Thanks Mark McCoy November 8, 2008 -
"What can I say, I ordered the jack on a Saturday around 8:00 P.M., I received a confirmation email on Sunday. The jack arrived Friday evening around 6:00 P.M. It took me about 30 minutes to un-pack and assemble. My 2008 Harley Davidson Road King was in the air about 45 minutes from the time it was dropped off. What a fine product, all my expectations were met and the operation is as advertised. Still not sure if I would sit on my bike while it was in the air. I Don't doubt that it would be OK; however, I am bigger then the person on the video clip and I have lousy luck. Thanks for the fine product and outstanding delivery service." Michael Eubank Graham, WA.
October 23, 2008 - "Just a note to let you know I received my Big Wheel Motorcycle lift today. Very good service for delivery as it took only 6 days regular shipping to get to Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. I found that your packaging was excellent and took very little time to assemble the 6 Ton jack and stopper bolts. I found out that I had to remove small aluminum plate that was mounted under the frame of my 2008 Yamaha Royal Star Venture. Once done I had no problem using the jack. I had visions of me tipping my bike but your lift jack worked absolutely flawless! I found that the jack is well built and thought out. Thanks again for your fast service and I recommend this lift to anyone!" Lorne Raymond, 24 Pearson Cresent, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada October 23, 2008 - "Howdy Gang.
Well, I just received and opened my early "Christmas" present and I have to say, very impressive. 7 minutes later it was together and had my 07 SEUC up on the lift. I stopped long enough to e-mail you, say thanks and am about to go out and perform the 1st service that I have done on this bike myself. I was able to justify the cost with shipping to Alaska by shop labor savings in under a year for our scoots. Thanks again. It did arrive a day early!" Kelly Haralson
Palmer, Alaska
October 19, 2008 - "Cheryl, I head up a nationwide support center for computer support. I have to tell you that your organization absolutely amazed me with your excellent customer service. First of all, when I received my jack last winter everything was perfect. From initial information to ordering and final delivery of product it went without a hitch. I was very happy with my jack until the hydraulic started leaking. I am very happy to report that again your company offered excellent customer service in quickly replacing the unit. I will always without hesitation recommend your excellent company and your product. I am a very happy customer." Terry Leonard, Cleveland, TN
October 10, 2008 - "Hi folks - Finally got around to using the Lift I purchased back in July 2008. Worked exactly as stated!! No problem lifting my 2004 Dyna Wide Glide with no additional adapters as required with other Jacks/lifts. Great product and I look forward to many years of use." Bob Campbell, Mary Esther FL
October 8, 2008 - "Hi Cheryl, The jack arrived a couple of hours ago (next day after I ordered), set it up and lifted the bike. Thanks for the service! Glad I could buy a quality made in America product." Lou Kustin, AuTrain MI
October 1, 2008 - "Hi there, My jack arrived yesterday. It took about ten minutes to get it out of the box put it together and jack up the bike. WOW! Better than advertised, it's bullet proof and very well made. Thanks for a great jack that's well worth the money." Regards, Roland Rees, Hobe Sound FL
September 29, 2008 - "Hello Cheryl I received the Big Lift today. The first thing I noticed was the MADE IN USA logo on the package, and I am very happy about that, hard to find logo like that nowadays. It was a cake walk to put it together, and the instruction was simple and detailed. After about 5 minutes I was able to put it underneath my Dyna Low rider and it was securely up in the air. I did the oil change and transmission fluid on my bike and it is my first time doing it. The big lift made it easy. Again thank you for making a excellent product." Dung Tran, Twin Cities MN
September 26, 2008 - "Hello, I just want to thank you for everything! You're super nice people to deal with and you shipped my Jack to me on short notice. Shipping was freaky fast and my Jack arrived in time for me to do some important maintenance that was needed. It came nicely packaged and was easy to assemble. It works flawlessly for bike maintenance& washing my bike is now a breeze. I'm impressed with the quality and how incredibly stable my 2007 Night Rod Special is while on the jack with NO tie down straps! I did some shopping around before I chose J&S Jacks and I think for the money you offer the highest quality Jack available. The more I though about it the more sense it made, why trust a $100.00 Jack made in China (crap) with my $20,000.00 Harley? I will be using my Jack for winter storage this year with confidence. Thanks again Jim & Steve!" Sincerely, Sean
September 25, 2008 - "To all, I googled at all the jacks on the www and they were lower priced than the J&S jack. I questioned myself is this jack as good as they say it is and should I fork over the extra dollars to cradle my Road King Classic. Bottom line is that it's the best damn jack period! Don't even look at another jack this one has all the features you'll ever need. It was so easy to assemble I did not even need the instructions. Buy it as fast as you can and forget the others." Ron in Cleveland
September 23, 2008 - "Cheryl: I received the lift today. The bike has been on it since 5:00pm and I’ve gotten more work done on it because of it……Thanks! I will say thou, it does not seem as steady as the HD in the video and I will not be putting myself on the bike while it’s in the air, but it is a steady lift as the bike is now. Heck, I was still able to move the bike around in my garage and believe me; the floor is not as nice as the one in the video. It’s a real pleasure to finally buy something that is well made in the USA!" Catch ya on the flip! Don
September 21, 2008 - "This bike lift is quite possibly the second coolest thing I have ever bought, my bike would be the first. This lift is AWSOME!" Courtney R, Casselton ND
September 3, 2008 - "One other thing I wanted to mention that I forgot in my original note..........the most difficult part about assembling the jack was removing the stables from the box in order to get it out of the box. Takes 10 times longer assembling Christmas presents than this jack............and they don't work as well either. Regards." Keith Zawila
September 3, 2008 - "Your Product is great. Set-up was easy, all of 5-10 min's, and my first use was exactly as you describe, lifted my new Road King off the stand and up to a very adequate service height. My neighbor who is a fellow motorcycle owner saw it, watched me operate it up and down, and left stating he was going home to order his new J&S Jack!.. Its a fact Jack! Thanks again, I'll spread the word among my fellow Gulf Coast enthusiasts." Rick Williams
August 26, 2008 - "Hi Guys, Three years ago, I bought a wheel chock from you. After doing research prior to buying, as soon as I saw what you had to offer, and that it was built in the good ole’ USA, I knew I didn't have anything to worry about. To this day, I still have not seen a wheel chock that measures up to my J&S chock. Great job! So now I’ve been thinking about getting a lift for my Harley. After looking around at a bunch of cheaply made models from China (with bad reviews – safeties failing, leaking hydraulic oil, etc.), I remembered you guys, and went looking to see what you had in the way of a lift. Once again, your product seems rock solid. It’s a little pricey for me at the moment, but as soon as I can justify the price, I WILL be buying a lift from you. I’ve been totally satisfied with my wheel chock since 1995." Thanks Guys for making great products, David Eminizer, Westminster MD
August 20, 2008 - "Hi, Received jack today. Unpacked it, Put it together, Up went the bike, Done. Now I can get to work on getting it ready for the weekend. Thanks for everything and for building a great easy to use product. .By the way I own a 08 low rider Dyna H-D with three trips to Texas on it and it is ready for some TLC. Thanks again." Mark Hunter
August 20, 2008 - "Hi Jim. Had to drop you a line after I received my Jack. This thing is rock solid. The construction is top quality, and lifts my 06 street glide with ease. I was a bit nervous at first as I started to jack the bike up.When I got it to where I wanted it I started to rock the bike to see just how steady it would stay. I then jumped up on the bike and sat down. I am confident I can work on my bike with complete safety, and not worry about it falling off the lift. Will highly recommend this to all my friends and my local Harley Dealer. Thanks for the great service,it was a pleasure doing business with you." Vic, Orland Park IL.
August 8, 2008 - "Dear J&S, I purchased your lift, pan and chock and would like to share my experience with dealing with your company and the quality of your products. I ordered on Saturday, it shipped on Monday and was delivered Wednesday morning. Now that may not seem like a big deal to some, but I live on Saint Helena Island. I refer to home as, "Living on the edge of America where time stands still.", and it often does when waiting for a package to be delivered. I have ordered from all over the US and have never found a company that actually gets the product out the door with such speed. It is also a rare for me to receive heavy items without some type of damage. Everything was delivered lightening fast and without a scratch! J&S products are solid and the quality is outstanding. My father is certified in every imaginable weld and his response to the quality of craftsmanship was "excellent". The minor assembly of the lift was quick, and simple. In under five minutes I was rolling the lift under my bike. With excitement, and a bit of anxiousness, I raised the bike in the air with ease and was awestruck. Not once did the jack or my bike rock, wobble or show the even a slightest hint of instability. Believe everything you see on their video and every testimonial you read on J&S, as their products are without a doubt outstanding in every way. You will never find a better lift or chock for the money. The good news continues, as this jack stores compactly without any need for disassembly. Thus, it is always ready for the next use. I highly recommend this lift for all applications, as it is worry free and so very quick and easy to use. Thank you J&S!" Cynthia Carson, Saint Helena Island SC
August 8, 2008 - "I had heard about your jack from a friend, but i was still skeptical. I bought one of your jacks for my 2001 ultra and I have to admit, this is the best tool anybody could buy for working, cleaning or just moving your bike around the garage. I can't thank you guys enough. To add to that this is, it's genuine American made." Ron Woolworth
August 6, 2008 - "I just wanted to drop you guys a line and say thanks for a great tool. My stand arrived today and I wasted no time in putting it to use. I needed to install a lowering kit to my Electra Glide. The information on J&S Jacks web site stated the jack stand slides under a frame lowered up to one inch. I needed two inches of lowering and was very pleased to still have about 1/8th inch clearing between the stand and bottom of the frame as it leaned it's full weight on the jiffy stand. Another positive note was the fast shipping. I placed the order on a Saturday. It shipped the following Monday and arrived Wednesday of the same week. That's fast in my opinion considering I live central Texas and you guys are in the great white north as I like to say. It's been a pleasure doing business with you and I'll tell everyone I meet needing a jack stand to buy one from J&S Jacks." Sincerely, Edge, Austin TX
July 30, 2008 - "Thank you so much for your great customer service. I'm going to make sure the folks at HDForums hear about this. I was feeling kind of down about the direction this country is headed in. Then I realized that companies like yours are what this country is made of, and just maybe we can make it thru this. Thanks for cheering me up!!" Sincerely, Max Benjamin, Crescent City CA
July 18, 2008 -"Thanks Cheryl and J&S for the shipping information. I have read so much about your motorcycle jack from other customers that I felt just like a young boy waiting for Christmas to come. I received the jack on the day you said. Like all of your other satisfied customers. I too am very impressed with this jack. I have looked for a long while now to find something that is made with such quality and with the user in mind. I found that the instructions you sent with the jack made assembling easy. It also helped me out to place the jack under the bikes. I can now say it is everything you claim it to be. I did climb on my Ultra Classic with it all the way up with no fear of it falling. This is as solid as it gets. I will recommend this to everyone that is looking for a truly remarkable motorcycle jack." Thanks Again Steve
July 8, 2008 -"Hi, boys. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much I like my new J&S bike jack. I bought a cheap one several years ago and it worked OK on my Harley FXR but the first time I put my new 2007 Electra Glide Classic on it I couldn't get it down fast enough. I expected it to collapse at any second and dump my new scooter on the concrete. The J&S jack is rock-solid with my bagger on it and, although I don't intend to climb on the bike while jacked up like you boys do in your video, it's nice to know the jack is strong and stable enough to hold such activity. I looked at 4 or 5 different brands on the internet but after reading so much positive feedback about your product on the various Harley forums I didn't consider anything but the J&S machine. Thanks for making such a quality product." Roger L. Burlington, WA
July 6, 2008 -"Jim and Cheryl - I wanted to send you a very big Thank You! The jack arrived a day ahead of schedule and I gave it to my boyfriend for his birthday. He has used it twice already and shows it off to everyone that comes to the house! I told him I was going to send you an e-mail to let you know what he thought of the jack. He said to tell you, and I quote: "It's f@#$ing great !". My feedback is a bit more detailed. I am thrilled about not needing any adaptor kit, tie downs or straps for the Dyna Wide-Glide. I am also thrilled at how easy it is to use and how stable the bike is on it. I actually was able to jack up the bike all by myself which I think is impressive since I'm only 5'1 and 125 lbs. And all it takes is a few pumps of the foot pedal. Awesome! Lou said that cleaning the bike has never been this easy. He can clean things he wasn't able to access before; especially around the rear wheel area. Also, with the bike lifted and so stable, he does not need to bend or kneel when he is cleaning it so it is less strain on his knees and back. (Important when you are in your 50's LOL!) Thank you Jim for answering all of my questions and thank you Cheryl for sending me the UPS Tracking # so I knew when it was scheduled for delivery. We have already given several of our "riding" friends your web-site info so hopefully you will receive more orders from our area." Thank you again, Tris & Lou Bethel Park, Pennsylvania
June 28, 2008 -"I got the jack. It works great. I put it together in about ten minutes and had my Streetglide up in the air in no time. Just for the heck of it I wheeled it around the garage, and turned it in circles and had a big time doing it. I'm
actually going to use it for it's intended purpose tonight." Thanks, Peter W. Plano, TX
June 17, 2008 -"By the way the jack I bought from you guy's is the best. It works really great. When my friends show up to go riding they hate it when I open the garage door and spin my "clean" bike around lower it down and jump on." Thanks again for a great jack." Robert
June 17, 2008 -"I received the your lift today. IT IS THE BEST MOTORCYCLE LIFT PERIOD! I put my FLHRC on it and up it went without having to jockey the lift or motorcycle. Rock steady and I even sat on it while it was in the highest position. It came down back on to the kickstand just the same. It felt great to detail my motorcycle without having to worry about it falling off or having to use tie downs. * To anyone looking into purchasing a J&S Jack: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OTHER LIFT either from Sxxxx or a Lxxxx. Even though they are less expensive, THERE IS NO COMPARISON. Do your self a favor and save up the extra $ and purchase this one. If not, when your motorcycle falls off the cheaper one, the money you pay for repairs will most likely be more the difference of the jacks...." Thank you again, Phil M. - New York
June 18, 2008 -"Jim & Steve, I found your jack while surfing the net. I watched the video……then I made the Police Garage people buy this thing for us. Outstanding quality and rock solid. Thanks for making the perfect motorcycle jack. I will be buying one soon for myself." Dan S. Lincoln , NE
June 11, 2008 -"I got the jack before I checked my e-mail for the tracking number. The jack works as claimed. You can't beat the USA commitment to satisfy." Thanks a lot. Ralph, Statesville N.C.
June 6, 2008 -"..I received the pan today. Just as I thought. The very best in quality and workmanship. Just like the jack. Who says the American worker is dead. You guys know your business and deliver the best." Thank you again, this was a pure pleasure doing business with you. Tony
June 4, 2008 -"I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the exceptional service I received. I really appreciated your honesty in refunding the difference in the shipping charges you were quoted.. A lot of businesses would not have done that. As far as the jack goes. I am very happy with it and have used it a few times already. I'm very confident in its functionality and workmanship. I took off my rear wheel without strapping the bike down or putting blocks under the front wheel. I would have never considered this with my other jack. The stability of the jack with my bike on it is excellent. I will definitely recommend J&S jacks to everyone who is interested in purchasing a new jack." Thanks again. Rob M. Alberta, Canada
May 28, 2008 -"I received the replacement jack today. Thank you. Over the last ten years I have purchased products and services that weren't the money I paid. I have experienced numerous nightmares trying to get refunds and dealing with out-sourced foreign customer service representatives. It has been a privilege dealing with you, a true American company, that provides excellent customer service and appreciates their customers. Thank you again." John H. Sierra Vista, AZ
May 26, 2008 -"Received my new J&S jack last week and have used it three times now and just wanted to tell you what a great lift this is. I had a different brand for several years but sold it because you could not work on the bottom of the bike because of the big lift pads, and it took up a huge amount of floor space.
The J&S jack is every bit as stable as the other lift. All the drain plugs as well as everything else are accessible when my bike is raised. To top it off, the quality is excellent and it is very easy to use. Thanks for a great American made product!"
Brent M. Murfreesboro, TN
May 5, 2008 -"I received the jack on Friday and got a chance to use it today. I must say that I'm very impressed with how easy it is to use and how smoothly it operates. I had no trouble raising and lowering my V-Rod. I'm glad I spent the extra money on your jack versus the cheaper Craftsman. I highly recommend this jack to anyone that is considering it. Thanks again for the fast shipping and great service." Chris M. Wexford, PA
April 27, 2008 -"I can't tell you how happy I am with your jack! I had no problem at all raising my Ultra Classic right off of its stand and I was not worried at all as far as sturdiness is concerned. You all have one QUALITY product, that is made in the USA and is definitely worth what you pay for it." One Very Happy Customer, Mike M.
April 18, 2008 -"I bought a jack a couple of months ago, and I just wanted to call and let you guys know that it's really nice! But my MAIN story is - I jacked it up a week ago to do some detailing, and I didn't realized that your jack was EARTHQUAKE-PROOF!.. This morning at 4:40am we had a 5.4 magnitude earthquake in central Illinois, and the bike is STILL ON THE JACK!" Thank you, Alex P.
April 13, 2008 -"Hi, I just wanted to let you know that your jack worked great. I just took the bike off the jack today. Its been on there for five months and was as solid as a rock. Thanks so much for such a great product!" Bob D.
April 13, 2008 -"Dear Jim and Steve, I ordered my J & S Jack last week and it arrived on Friday, April 11th. It was very cold in Nebraska that day, but I have an enclosed garage and was anxious to put it together and see how it works. I watched your video and looked at your entire web site and was amazed at your claims - especially the one where the guy was standing on the front fork and sitting on the back seat of the bike while it was up on the jack! Actually, I was a little skeptical. But when I got my Kawasaki 1600 Nomad up on the jack, all skepticism went out the window! No, I didn't climb on the bike, but I was floored at how stable the bike was! I then "wheeled" the bike around the garage and concluded that all your claims are definitely true! Thanks for a great product that I'm looking forward to using for a good long time!" In the service of Jesus, Pastor Jim C. Wisner, Nebraska
April 11, 2008 -"...My jack arrived yesterday afternoon, as expected. Within 5 minutes of unpacking, it was under the bike and put to work. My thanks to all of you for a quality made product. Operation is so simple, and stability is so worry free, it makes lifting and moving the bike a pleasure rather than a chore. I don't know how (or why) I've done without one for so long. You can bet I will be spreading the word at every opportunity." Thanks again, Richard "Doc" D.
April 2, 2008 -"I intended to write to you soon after receiving your motorcycle jack, but haven't until now. However, I've had your jack four months now and know without a doubt that I made the right decision purchasing it! Everyone that has come to my home asks to see my bike, which gives me an opportunity to show off your jack too. What a great product! I've even showed this jack to the folks at Harley Davidson (where I purchased my bike) - and can see they are impressed as well. This past weekend we had relatives visiting, and was told our jack is so much nicer than the jack my brother-in-law purchased. It really is an amazingly nice product. Thanks again - it was a well spent $300." Best Regards, Craig J. Mount Airy, MD
April 1, 2008 -"Thank you for the quick shipment and quality product. It came yesterday, as scheduled and I had it put together and the bike lifted in 20 minutes. I bought this lift to replace a wobbly Larin lift that I have. Your lift is rock solid as advertised and I now wish that I had purchased it a long time ago. The oil pan adapter is another nice touch." Thanks again! Walter B.
March 19, 2008 -"Howdy guys. I bought my jack last fall to keep my Road King off the floor for the winter. The bitch is tough, will hold my scoot and my big 275 lb butt on it. Job well done. I have told all those losers that ride with me about it and a few plan to get one too. Rock solid jack no doubt." Jd Illinois
March 19, 2008 -"Hey Guys, I drove up about 6 months ago and picked up one of your lifts. Let me tell you, this thing is awesome. It is one of the best motorcycle related purchases I have ever made. I use it on my '08 Street Glide and it is incredibly stable. I can even run the bike while it is on it without fear of it falling off. I proudly show it off to all my riding buddies. Thanks for making a great AMERICAN made product! One thing you might want to consider is welding a small piece of bar stock on top of the two anchor bolts. That way you don't need tools to tighten/loosen them up. I did it and it works great." Thanks, Kriss K.
West Bend, WI
February 29, 2008 -"Thanks for quality built jack. I just got it yesterday and I'll tell you it's perfect for me. I have a small shed and am now able to move the bike around to give me more room to work with. I was a little skeptical at first until I jacked the bike up and felt how sturdy it was. I am not scared to work under the bike. It is well built for the money. There are a lot of jacks out there. But this is the right one for quality and price." Again Thanks Jose
February 7, 2008 -"Osiyo Cheryl! BTW, that is cherokee for 'Hello'. The lift came today. I unboxed it, assembled it, tested it and had it under my FLSTNI in about 20 minutes. I am completely happy with it. It is indeed as stabled as y'all say! I even got up on the bike while lifted. It felt solid! Well worth the money as far as I am concerned and I will strongly recommend it to anyone! It is a great lift! A little
nervous when I lowered on to the side stand unassisted, but confident about it now! Thank you very much. You come this way, I will buy y'all a shot of Jack! Thanks. American made is the way to go!" Nick, NJ
February 5, 2008 -"Hey guys! - I just wanted to inform you that I received my lift today. By the way it arrived faster then predicted. I unpacked it and tried it out on my 2007 Soft tail deluxe. It worked as advertised! I think (no I know in my heart) your are sincerely committed to the safety of all of riders. My hat is off to you guys. I am a member of the Military Veterans Motorcycle Club on Long Island and will promote your jack wherever I go. I feel safe using it. Thank you for not taking advantage. You do love the sport. Great piece of equipment. Thanks for everything. God bless our troops." Angel S., Centereach, NY.
January 26, 2008 -"Just received your awesome jack. Everything the pictures and brochure shows is absolutely true. It will make my life of cleaning and servicing much easier. I can also use it for other equipment that I own. I will definitely pass the word about this jack to my buddies." Art L., Poughkeepsie, NY.
January 16, 2008 -"Thanks for making my life easier! I unpacked the jack and 10 minutes later, I could fit my car & bike in the garage with room to spare. Everything anyone buys online should work as well as your jack does.
Thank you again for an outstanding product." George F., New Jersey
January 7, 2008 -"Just wanted to let you know I received your lift today. Unpacked it and tried it out on my 2007 Soft tail custom. It worked great. I think your communication with the customer and answering questions that I had was fast and assuring. Great piece of equipment. Thanks for everything." Harold, New Jersey
January 7, 2008 -"This jack rocks. I had a Pro Sears jack that rocked to the point I thought the bike was going to fall over. So I bought yours and the first night I was under the bike at the highest setting and it didn't move. Great product guys !!!
105 Anniversary, Harley street glide." Thanks Dennis
December 5, 2007 -"I called Jim on Monday to give him the good news that I had received my lift on Friday. Within minutes after opening the box I had my '01 Heritage Springer up in the air. First, I would like to say how pleased I am with your product and can already tell it is going to make cleaning and servicing the bike much easier. My first project has been to clean it for Winter storage. It sure is nice to be able to spin the wheels while cleaning them, instead of having to roll the bike back and forth as before. Secondly, I would like to thank you for all your efforts when UPS lost the first lift. Service after the sale is a key component of any successful company, and yours was the best. I think the only reason I would ever need another lift from J&S is if I were to buy another bike, as your lift is made so well it should last a lifetime. However, I have told several of my friends that ride about my experience and hopefully this may lead to future sales for your company." Thanks so much. Sincerely, Ben B., Boonville, MO
November 20, 2007 -"I searched the internet for product like this and this is exactly what I was looking for. I was surprised the shop was close to where I lived so I stopped in to visit and see the Big Wheel Lift. I was amazed at the quality and thought that went into this product. It's worth every penny! I bought one with out hesitation after seeing it. It has every feature you can think of with ease in mind. The video tells the whole story and it's just that easy. This is the fastest and easiest time I ever put my bike away for the winter months. I could push the bike around with one hand and have much more room in the garage. Rock Solid! This will come in great for summer when I wash & wax the bike also. Seeing is believing! There are others that look like this. But nothing comes close to yours in any way. I could tell from talking to you that your proud and back what you designed. This is the best by far. Thank's for the demo and tour of the shop." Kim S., Two Rivers, Wi.
October 30, 2007 -"I ordered a jack on a Monday. Wednesday it was at my door! I used it that very day. The assembly consisted of mounting the hydraulic pump, two bolts, and connecting the spring. I have a 07 Dyna Super Glide Custom and researching different jacks I found that most required an adapter kit for the Dyna models, or would not work with the Dyna's. Not the JS jack! After assembling the jack. I rolled it under the bike and started pumping. Now being a skeptic I decided to have someone else with me to balance the bike if it started to fall. Not necessary! Neither of us touched the bike and up it went. Smooth as silk. The quality of construction is superb. Operating the jack couldn't be easier. Lowering the jack was very smooth, no jerking motion, it came down with ease. A fantastic product! Some of my friends have bought jacks from big retailers and even motorcycle manufactures and have had issues with their jacks from the start. Poor construction quality, leaking hydraulic pumps etc. If you're in the market for a QUALITY jack. No others compare. You get what you pay for and this jack is a steal at the price. When I called to inquire about the jack the staff at JS couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks for putting together a great product." Tim M., Cleveland , Ohio
October 5, 2007 -"Hi guys! This lift is the real deal for harley owners. I bought a lift that looks similar for less money, jacked up my new 07 fatboy, and let it back down. The next day I got a credit on my card. It was scary to see and feel my bike that high, and that unstable. The next day I ran across J&S. TRUST ME, just pay a little extra for this one. It's worth it. No joke this lift is a tool that will most likely outlast your bike. Thanks J&S for a true American quality product." Chuck C.
September 18, 2007 - "J&S. I had my Ultra Classic up on the jack as high as it goes, about 18 inches, closed the garage door and noticed that the bikes long antenna got caught in-between the horizontal garage door panels. I opened the door thinking that as the panels open the antenna would be released. I was wrong, for some reason the antenna stuck between the panels and it dragged the bike diagonally across the garage floor, knocking over storage boxes at a high rate of speed and then coming to a sudden stop. I thought for sure I'd see all 850lbs of my Ultra take a fall, but it was rock steady, no straps, just sat there. I'm sold on this jack! Just don't try that trick yourself." Ricardo P.
September 12, 2007 - "I received your jack and oil pan and had my bike up on the stand 15 minutes after I got it! Really amazing! Most of the time was unpacking it. You guys really pack it well for shipping. The stand is super stable and works as advertised. I can't believe how rock solid the bike is on the stand without straps. I'm actually looking forward to cleaning my spooked wheels. No more stooping and cricking my neck changing fluids. I'm really happy to use a great American made product with a great American made motorcycle! Thank you very much!" Mike H., Illinois
August 13, 2007 - "The jack was delivered tonight. It took about eight minutes to pull staples, five minutes to set up and then the real test. I held my breath as it lifted my Superglide with no problem. It was stable with no tie downs and left plenty of room to work under the bike. I am impressed and will be putting it to good use starting tomorrow. Thanks for answering my questions on the phone and processing the order so quickly. You guys are the best. I will be recommending you to anyone looking for a high quality lift." Bob
July 31, 2007 - "He LOVED it!!!!!! Thank you so much!! Well worth the shipping cost. No more back woes!!!! I'll send you a picture. Mary, Hawaii
July 25, 2007 - "....I've had your lift for about 8 months now and love it. It's so simple to use and requires very little effort to use it. Thanks for all your information and assistance." Ron T. Ankeny, Iowa
July 18, 2007 - "After finding a huge cut in a cycle tire following a ride I decided that a jack was in order. I looked around and surfed around. I read all the reviews, good, bad, indifferent. Following all that research I picked a J&S jack. Best thing I ever did concerning my Harley. The ability to pick this sucker up and do a total inspection after each ride is priceless. Washing the bike is a breeze also. It takes about two minutes to get the bike off the ground from pulling it in the garage. A few minutes of inspection and she's back on the ground, effortless. This lift is rock solid. Don't waste your money on anything less. And don't forget to check your bike after every ride. It may well save your life. Or maybe a big chunk o' skin from your butt. Ride safe folks." Eddie D.
June 28, 2007 - "I wanted to take the time to say thanks for the sale of the awesome lift. I know many people who own cheap little lifts that are on the verge of a disaster every time you lift your bike up. I own a Harley Davidson FXSTS and I didn't want to worry about my bike being unstable or falling every time I did a basic servicing. I purchased one of your lifts and it's all what you guys claims it is. The security of the stability while you work on your bike far outweighs a little added cost. The quality of the materials you used and the craftsmanship you put in while building the lift you see and experience every time you use the lift. Thanks again for the sale. Chris M. Virginia
June 25, 2007 - "Thank you! I received the jack on Friday and had the bike on it later that day. Very nice jack, very stable. Nice American made product keep up the good work!" Mike A.
June 9, 2007 - "Hello, I've had my jack for about a month now, I wanted to use it some before I gave you some feedback on it. Well I had shopped around for quite awhile before deciding on the J&S jack, after using it several times I know that I made the right choice. The construction of it is far superior in my opinion to anything else on the market, as for the operation of the jack, it's a one man job, and couldn't be easier. Thank you for producing such a fine product that performs as advertised." Anthony L.
June 4, 2007 - "I wanted to let you know that I purchased your lift last summer and have been absolutely satisfied with the unit and its construction and finish. It is the best motorcycle lift I have ever owned.
In May of 2007 I purchased the J & S wheel chock for my closed trailer. Again this is a superb product in construction and finish. The installation was easy and I have the confidence my bike will stay in place on any trip."
Again Thanks Gene S. Janesville, WI
June 4, 2007 - "Thank you. I did get the jack. I ordered it on Tues. Got it on Fri. Just had to put two screws in it. I looked at a lot of jacks and choose this one. I am glad I did. I saw the lift at a bike rally and liked it, but could not carry on a bike. So I looked them up on the web and ordered it online. We have 8 bikes. This will make cleaning them so much better and it will make turning them around in the garage a lot easier. Everyone was so glad I got this jack." Thanks Wanda
May 29, 2007 - "Great lift! This is the unit for anyone with a small shop (mine is only 12' X 16'). The jack saves me much hassle by spinning my Thunder Mountain Custom 180° even with the ol' lady's Sportster also sitting in the shop. Man, I love a product that does what they say it will do a without costing an arm and a leg. Good job guys and thanks!!!" S. Hinkle
May 26, 2007 - "I received my jack yesterday. I want to let you know what a great product it is! I put the jack under my harley road king and it was a breeze to lift the bike. The jack is extremely stable. THANKS for a great AMERICAN PRODUCT!" DQ.WEST LAWN PA.
May 17, 2007 - "UPS pulled up with my jack today. It came when you said it would come. Within ten minutes I had my Harley Ultra up on the jack. Cleaning my wheels has NEVER been this easy. Watching your video I knew my bike would be somewhat stable, but until I felt the stability myself, I was skeptical. I now know how really stable my bike is on the jack. With my bike on the stand, I am saving more garage space than I expected too. I am very happy with my purchase." Thanks, Paul S.
May 15, 2007 - "You guy's ROCK! But your lift doesn't! ....I bought one yesterday at The Harley Shop in Fond Du Lac. This is a great Product. Only regrets I have is that I didn't invent it. Hats OFF to you Bro's for a Fine AMERICAN PRODUCT!" Larry B., AKA COOL
May 6, 2007 - "I spoke with Cheryl on Monday 4/30/07. I received the jack & drip pan on Thurs. The following day I completed all necessary work on my 03- FLHRC-I. Great product! I'm the envy of my fellow friends and if anyone has any trepidation on purchasing a reliable "jack" this is the one you want to have in your garage. Cheryl you were the Best!" Thanks again! "GT"
April 26, 2007 - "We just got our your jack delivered via UPS today. Not only did it come early than we expected, but it is very heavy-duty and we can't wait to use it. Thanks so much, It's even better than we expected! You guys are awesome!" Chris B.
April 24, 2007 - "I purchased your Big Wheel Jack a couple weeks ago and I am totally satisfied. I own a 04 Big Dog Mastiff and an 01 Harley Sportster Custom. The jack does everything you said it would. I even stood on the front fork with no tipping. This is the best jack I've ever owned. By the way my Big Dog is 860lbs and it lifted with ease and excellent balance. I was also able to roll it around in my garage to another bay easier than the bike being on two wheels. " Bob K Belle Plaine Kansas Formerly Milwaukee, Wisconsin
March 24, 2007 - "All I can say is .....Damn lol. I received my jack on Monday. Just 3 days after placing my order. I own 3 bikes. All of them fit on the jack like it was made for each one of them. The lift makes cleaning and servicing a joy to do now. I looked at a lot of other jacks/lifts both on the internet and at the Harley shops. None, and I mean none of them compared to your jack both in quality and price. Other then my Harley's. Your jack is the best thing in my garage. I love the 'built for bikers - by bikers' attitude the two of you put into your products. I will do my best to make sure you guys sell more of these jacks, you have my word on that." Thanks Again Mike B., Greenville, Ohio
March 23, 2007 - "Hey Guy's, Just wanted to write you and say thanks for an awesome jack, just received it about an hour ago. I don't have a HD, but it works great for my metric Cruiser (06 Suzuki C90T Boulevard) Weight is approximate. 700lbs. The only thing that I could find that was wrong was on my end. The Suzuki Boulevards frame runs all the way back on one side to where the swing arm attaches. The other side stops short of that maybe 4-3". And guess what? that's the sweet spot. Anyway it was a quick fix. A piece of ¾" x1" block I had laying around did the job. So now I use the jacks right wheel as reference. By having it sit under the kick stand mounting plate and on the left skeg of the jack. I place the ¾" thick block, and bam locked in. Bro. I can see this is going to be worth every penny." Again thanks. Bill, Florida
March 19, 2007 - "I received your jack within 3-days of placing my order. The jack installed easily and in less than 5-minutes. My Road King was up on the lift and was rock solid. Thank you for making a great American Made product for use with our American Made Bikes. (as well as with many other makes) It is good to see quality workmanship and truthful advertising. Thanks again and 'Good Riding'." Mark W., Plato MN
March 5, 2007 - "Just wanted to drop you guys a line - I've been wanting one of your lifts for almost 2 years - a buddy of mine has one, and every time I need to work on my Ultra, I have to go to his place! Well, last week, for my birthday, my Girl presented me with your lift! I got to tell you - it made my year! Thanks for such a fantastic product, and for treating her so well."

March 3, 2007 - "Jim, I am a tool fanatic and this was my first purchase of a Motorcycle Jack and I am grateful that It is the only Jack I'll ever have to buy. My buddies are envious, as well as nervous when they use those 89 dollar Pep Boy tipsy jacks. It is a superior product, as well as made in America, that leaves me very confident that my bike is safe while in the air. Thank you." Sincerely, K Smith Charlotte, N. C. |
