Motorcycle Tire Maintenance and Inspection
A visual inspection of your motorcycle tires is something you should be doing before you ride.

Reference your owner's manual or for the correct tire pressure.
Tread depth is also important. The way to check your tread depth is to place a quarter in the tread groove. Ensure that the top of the tire does not extend below the top of Washington's head. If it does, it may be time to look into replacing the tire.
