We warranty our lift frames against defects in workmanship on every piece and part for the rest of your life. The bottle jack is under warranty for two years after purchase. If you would like a replacement, you may purchase one directly from us, call 1-866-884-5586.
Improper use of our lifts void this warranty.
J & S Jacks is not responsible for damages incurred if the instructions for use are not followed.
Return Policy
At J&S Jacks, we proudly stand by our products. If your motorcycle lift, wheel chock or other J&S Jacks product doesn't meet your expectations, we will refund your money, including your shipping costs. We'll also send you a shipping box with a prepaid shipping label, and arrange for pickup of your return. Your satisfaction is our goal.
